Anyone who has ever had a job, or been part of a church youth group for that matter, has been asked to let yourself fall to the ground and let other people catch you. It’s pretty scary, isn’t it? We always hesitate because of a lack of trust.

Although the games are silly, and sometimes painful, trust is paramount to properly function as a team.

Looking for 6 steps to help build trust? Check out my guest post at MichaelHyatt.com.

Michael is the Chairman and former CEO of Thomas-Nelson publishers. His blog, Intentional Leadership, has been an helpful resource for me regarding leadership and productivity.

If nothing else, he is a wizard at Evernote, so his blog is worth reading just for that.

Awesome site…and I read your post on Michael’s site! I think it is cool how you are a surgeon and a blogger. I am currently pursuing my pre-med degree, so it is exciting to read from other doctors! I subscribed and will be back!

    I also have a blog too: http://www.bigb94.wordpress.com
